StreamTonight Privacy Policy Last updated: April 3, 2026 StreamTonight ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application built and operated by Matt Mason. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the StreamTonight app for iOS. We built StreamTonight with privacy in mind. We do not sell your personal information, and we collect only what is necessary to provide the service. 1. Information We Collect StreamTonight collects minimal information: • Streaming service preferences — The services you select (e.g., Netflix, Max, Hulu) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. • Notification preferences — Whether you have enabled push notifications is stored on your device and managed by Apple's notification system. • Subscription status — Handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information or Apple ID. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifiers. 2. How We Use Information The preferences you set in StreamTonight are used solely to personalize your experience within the app — specifically, to show you content from the streaming services you subscribe to. This data never leaves your device. 3. Subscriptions and Payments StreamTonight offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) with a 7-day free trial. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment or billing information. For questions about billing, please refer to Apple's support at support.apple.com/billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. 4. Push Notifications If you grant permission, StreamTonight may send you a nightly push notification about new content available on your streaming services. You can disable notifications at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → StreamTonight. We use Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications. Your device token is used only to route notifications to your device and is not linked to any personal information. 5. Third-Party Services StreamTonight displays publicly available streaming schedule data. We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. The app does not contain ads. Content data is sourced from publicly available APIs. No personal data is shared with any streaming service or third party. 6. Data Retention and Storage All user preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Deleting the StreamTonight app from your device removes all locally stored preferences. 7. Children's Privacy StreamTonight is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. 8. Your Rights Since StreamTonight does not collect or store personal data on external servers, there is no personal data for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on your behalf beyond what is stored on your own device. You can reset all preferences by deleting and reinstalling the app. 9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of StreamTonight after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. 10.
